Senior Expert (m/f/d) Compensation & Benefits
Analyze global compensation structures, adaption to global and local systems according to future needs. Provide consultative technical expertise, advice and guidance regarding compensation matters to management teams to support business. Benefits: Assist in deploying long-term incentive and benefit programs. Active support to develop global compensation and benefits guidelines. Benchmarks:Partner with HR Managers to monitor and analyze issues related to compensation within the company and the external market, including supporting the businesses with ad-hoc benchmarks and market and salary surveys. Data Analytics & Quality: Ensure data quality throughout all compensation and benefit processes. Provide reports to the Management Board and other stakeholders. HR Systems/Tools: Collaborate with HR Systems colleagues to develop and roll out improvements related to reporting and HR information systems. Stakeholder Management: Become the main point of contact for the area of Compensation & Benefits on a global basis. You are responsible for a structured stakeholder management when it comes to any Comp & Ben topics. Directly report to our CHRO/Head of Human Relations
You have completed an apprenticeship in a relevant area - study degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any similar field is a plus. Several years of profound experience in the field of Compensation & Benefits in a global acting organization. Experience in cooperation with employee representatives (works council). You feel comfortable working in a complex matrix organization and across diverse cultures, having the competence and credibility to influence strategic decision making at all levels. You bring an affinity for numbers and very strong analytical skills, paired with the ability to find creative solutions. Experience performing HR-related duties on a professional level, working closely with staff throughout all hierarchy levels, including negotiation at all levels. You are a result-driven and «hands-on» personality. Proven experience in project work with the ability to prioritize is required. Entrepreneurial spirit that allows you to grow in a fast-paced environment when working within stringent timelines and balancing short-term needs with long-term company goals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically German and English, to influence and coordinate a vast number of international stakeholders.
