In the role of HR Generalist for our location in Neuss you will be working closely with the HR Manager and HR Director, partnering to provide HR support and advice to employees and leaders in order to maximize individual and team performance.
You will be responsible for a broad range of activities covering aspects of Staff Management, HR Development and Health Management. You will support the employee career lifecycle in cooperation with colleagues and stakeholders, such as business heads and managers, Center of Expertise, Works Council, peers in other countries and external service providers.
As HR Generalist your core role is to drive day to day HR service delivery. You are recognized as the trusted HR advisor and have a way to build bridges and ensure understanding and adherence of local and global policies, leading and supporting labor relations and all regional employment policies, compliance tariff and compensation & benefits matters, practices and processes. You're creative in bringing across messages and use a variety of communication means. You will act as a project manager and/or coordinator in employee engagement and development, training and other related projects.
Internal mobility is key at Bunge and in alignment with the HR Manager you implement workforce plans, support talent review processes by helping to provide visibility to businesses/functions on high potential talent. Additionally, you will participate in selection and hiring of newcomers, you will be responsible for the recruitment of blue-collar employees and you will manage the onboarding of permanent and temporary staff.
Bachelor or University degree in HR / Applied Sciences / Arts;
2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist within an industrial international company (relevant internship experience is also regarded as work experience, especially if you have had a focus on HR development and personal development);
Experience with HR practices such as Labour law, Workforce Planning, Talent Management and Health management;
Experience with HR Systems: ATOSS, Succes Factors, ADP and SAP are beneficial;
Excellent written and oral English language skills
German native level
An understanding of payroll processes, compensation and benefits according to the local market;
Knowledge of German employment laws and regulations;
