The EMEA HR Operations Team is responsible for delivering a high quality HR service experience for employees and leaders across our 19 countries in the EMEA region.
Team work and collaboration help the team deliver quality cohesive HR services that put the customer at the center. Continually striving to identify opportunities to improve service delivery (through process improvement, enabling others and enhancing self service) are behaviours central to their success.
Reporting to the EMEA HR Operations Manager, this position will balance a mix of employee facing HR support, HR transactional activities, process improvement initiatives, and strategic HR Operations project work.
The role holder will regularly partner with other HR colleagues, and demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset in all that they do. They will communicate regularly with their Global HR Operations colleagues in the US and Asia, sharing best practice and working on various global project teams.
The HR Shared Services Specialist (m/f/d) will be responsible for executing on HR systems transactions and related process administration across a wider range of HR service categories including HR Systems, Core HR, Benefits and HR Reporting.
It also involves a high degree of collaboration with the wider HR team of EMEA based HRBPs, other functional HR colleagues, Global HR Ops colleagues, and Business Leads.
Minimum education (i.e. bachelor's degree preferably in HR or related subject)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR environment
Excellent English (written and spoken)
HR Systems experience desirable (Oracle HCM in particular)
EMEA Benefits Administration experience desirable but not essential
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with people in different functions and global locations (multi country EMEA experience desirable)
Highly accountable, with strong attention to detail
Customer service focused, and a high level of responsiveness
A passion for continuous process improvement and the simplification of associated deliverables
Proven to have solid judgment, ensuring integrity, compliance, & confidentiality
Enjoys a mix of both transactional and project work
Ability to self-manage high volume workload, take the initiative and drive for results
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with proven ability to organize and analyze data
Keen interest and knowledge of HR enabling technologies
