Within «Corporate Transformation» at RWE AG (Germany), our «Top Leadership Development» team is responsible for coaching the board members of our group to develop them further on an individual basis concerning their personal impact as well as on our desired leadership behaviour. Your market and research work supports and strengthens RWE's top leadership development contentwise in terms of global trends and contemporary topics like sustainability or digitalisation in an ever-changing environment You transfer ideas and external impulses into first concept drafts through research as well as competitor and market analysis to address top leadership development needs and identify opportunities for RWE's top executives Besides learning and development, you enjoy analysing opportunities for connecting to other companies, managing relationships with top thought leaders in their field and identifying options to showcase RWE's top executives to promote our employer value You identify relevant cooperation partners like specialised boutique consulting firms for top leadership journeys, thought leadership opportunities and empowering programmes In close collaboration with specialists for people development, you co-create our concepts and development portfolios for combining innovation-sparking processes like agile methods with classical development journeys in the context of new work, innovation development and new leadership You scout trends regarding development journeys and empowerment measures for top executives that are effective catalysators in terms of content, mindset and impact You question and continuously improve existing and newly established processes You create relationships at eye level within your team as well as with different stakeholders in an international and diverse environment
Completed university degree, preferably in Psychology, Business Psychology or Media Education, or comparable qualification Experience working in the field of organisational development, learning and development in a people development, HR or consulting environment and curiosity for the topics of learning didactics, content creation and social media Sound professional experience in researching and implementing customer-centric trainings and empowerment programmes in innovative blended learning formats (preferably for top executives) Proven capabilities in designing addressee-appropriate PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets Fluency in German and English Excellent conceptual and analytical skills, creativity, high commitment, business acumen and solution-oriented thinking Enthusiasm for digital change and global trends, affinity for agile methods and ability to think outside the box in a fast-paced, agile environment Open-mindedness, self-confidence and strive to continuously improve existing and newly introduced processes Excellent oral communication skills and ability to write concise and impactful Strong organisational skills and high service orientation
