Support our company management and our employees in the development, organization and quality control of training activities (technical or commercial expertise, social skills, leadership, team workshops, coaching etc.) Help management and employees to effectively follow up on measures which regularly are agreed within our Employee Development System (EDS) Advise managers and employees in the finding, the design and/or the application of appropriate development tools for defined individual or team development targets Utilize our learning management system to facilitate and manage training activities in close cooperation with our PSI Metals Academy team Foster the knowledge sharing culture of the company and turn it into a powerfullearning methodology
