You will maintain and update digital employee records You see yourself as a sparring partner in recruiting and talent search and accompany our specialist departments from the search and approach of potential candidates all throughout the hiring process You actively manage and shape the internal and external selection processes, both online and in person You are the first point of contact for applicants and interested parties who contact our company for their professional future With your communicative strengths, you are responsible for addressing talents individually and in a target group-oriented manner in active sourcing You will be responsible for correspondence with health insurance companies, immigration offices, job centres etc. You will assist in the payroll preparation You will deal with daily inquiries from employees You are responsible for the legally compliant creation and administration of employment contracts You take care of all other administrative HR processes, e.g. maternity leave, parental leave and certificates You take responsibility for master data maintenance in our HR system Personio You will be involved in the further development of human resources processes
