Guiding and supporting our HR team along the employee journey of our colleagues
Recruiting
Contracting
On-/Offboarding
Handling of personnel matters
Managing and further developing our processes related to HR administration and caring
Finding best-practice solutions as a sparring partner for our Operations, Legal and Leadership
Academic background or equivalent professional training in HR
Work experience in HR
Full working proficiency in German and English
Confident in using MS Office and HR software, e.g. Personio
Service orientation and hands-on mentality as well as proactivity and excellent communication skills
