Our position as HR Manager EMEA is an unique combination of HR support for the employees at EMEA headquarters, coordination of international HR projects by working as interface between Vice President HR EMEA and local HR teams as well as full responsibility for your own projects. Your responsibilities include: Provide end-to-end HR support to all employees at EMEA headquarters in close collaboration with HR Shared Service Centre Develop an organization to support the accomplishment of company's strategic goals Establish and lead standard recruiting processes and procedures in close cooperation with the Talent Acquisition Manager EMEA Prepare and monitor annual budget Develop required programs, procedures, and guidelines Build a positive, empowered and accountable culture in partnership with the leadership team Oversee European projects working as interface between Vice President HR EMEA and regional HR Managers to ensure a smooth execution of corporate programs Initiate and steer own EMEA-wide projects Establish measurements that track and support the accomplishment of HR goals Encourage the ongoing development of HR by identifying opportunities for improvement
University Degree, focus on Human Resources is a plus Relevant experience as HR Manager or HR Generalist in an international and demanding environment Experience in leading international projects Strength in building trust and working relationships with different levels within the organization A multicultural person with extensive exposure to a diverse working environment Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills Fluency in English and German
