This role is a rare dual opportunity: you will work as a n intern in the role of a Junior Learning Manager within our team while simultaneously completing your Master's degree at Steinbeis University - fully funded by Allianz. Your Master's thesis will be rooted in real work you do with us. In addition to exciting topics and a collaborative work environment, we support and challenge you and your development. During your time with our team, you will complete a two-year, work-integrated Master's program at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), the Graduate School for Leadership & Management at Steinbeis University. You can find more information about the study programs and their content here: Programs - SIBE | Steinbeis-Hochschule Contribute to cutting-edge global learning projects in AI and digital skills, designed for specific business target groups across Allianz worldwide Co-create and design e-learningsand learning nuggets alongside senior e-learning designers Act as Learning Manager for both virtual and onsite classroom trainings - owning the full delivery cycle Grow into a trainer role for GenAI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, M365) and facilitate training events for colleagues across Allianz Support senior Learning Managers in developing concepts, presentations, and training materials Manage learning logistics and communications via internal platforms and newsletters Develop your own learning project that forms the foundation of your Master's thesis - with dedicated mentoring support throughout
