Ensuring data delivery to service providers in time and with high data quality (incl. administration of respective tools and interfaces) Implementing and processing regular checks and controls to ensure reliability and correctness - Administration, participation and consultation on our entire benefit portfolio First point of contact and responsible for regular audits (internally and externally) Drive process enhancements (operational excellence) in your area of responsibility and ensure proper documentation Administration of our internal time-keeping system in Germany

University degree in business administration or comparable training, preferably with a focus on Payroll & Benefits Good practical knowledge in the field of Payroll & Benefits and good process expertise Good expertise and passion for process optimization, digitalization and operational excellence Good analytical and solution architect expertise Experience in project management Integrity (e.g. in dealing with personal data) Excellent knowledge of German and English Hands-on mentality and proactive-self-reliant way of working IT affinity and experience in using common MS Office applications
