Partner to the GM Europe and broader leadership team for all people matters Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy and translate business needs into strategies and concrete organisational, team and individual development actions Set up the people function for this fast scaling organization and oversee the employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, development, performance management, recognition / rewards, and employee engagement and retention Build and develop the company's organizational structures and processes, increase effectiveness and efficiency Monitor and ensure the organization's compliance with European employment laws and local regulations
